Onmyoji Official Doujin Space (Community) Management Guidelines

Dear Onmyoji-sama,

Welcome to the official Onmyoji Doujin space! Its a place for all of you to communicate and share your love of Onmyoji with one another. In order to build a harmonious environment that is conducive for everybody in the Doujin to admire one another's works, we have set the following guidelines. Please take time to review the guidelines and we welcome feedback from all of you. Thank you m(_ _)m *bow*!

We encourage you to:

1. Openly and freely submit and share your original works in the Doujin space and participate in the events.

2. Be rational and tolerant of different views, preferences, opinions and embrace each user's unique sense of aesthetic and individual tastes.

3. Respect other's copyrights and their privacy.

We do not welcome people who:

1. Publish any comment or content that is suggestive of discrimination and/or hatred against people of a particular race, nationality, ethnic group, religion, gender, age, geographical origin, sexual orientation, or certain physiological characteristics.

2. Use offensive words, carry out personal attacks on others or intentionally harass others, or use the service maliciously.

3. Introduce subjects of pornography, radical political views, and any form of ideology.

4. Plagiarize original content created by others, or try to impersonate others (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments).

5. Send advertisements and spam, or send website links, images, or any content that may contain a network virus.

You are not allowed to:

1. Act or generate content against the local laws and regulations (relevant government policies and regulations).

2. Act in any way that threatens others, or affects the personal safety and legal liabilities of any user.

3. Publish content that potentially puts the operating security of the website at risk.

Guidelines and principles:

1. All users have the responsibility and obligation to report or provide feedback on any undesirable or prohibited content they may encounter in the Onmyoji Doujin space.

2. Users shall resolve their own disputes through cordial negotiations.

3. Our staff has the right to intervene for any prohibited content found in the Onmyoji Doujin space.

Rules and regulations:

1. Any user found to be in violation of the foregoing rules may be subjected to penalties relating to the content or account.

2. Content penalties include the deletion of the user's avatar, personal data, user-generated dynamics, comments, submitted and published content.

3. Account penalties include the imposition of a gag order where the offender is not allowed to submit or publish any status updates or comments, or an account ban where the account is permanently disabled.

4. The staff members of Onmyoji Doujin space have the responsibility and right to intervene when users act in contrary to the spirit of the community, such as when there is money exchanged between users for certain promotional privileges.

5. In special circumstances or as required by the relevant government agencies, the Doujin space shall retain the user-generated content that has been disposed of or deleted from the Doujin.

6. If any user has any objection to any matter in the Doujin space that has been handled according to these guidelines, they may send feedback to customer-support@onmyojigame.com.

Policy on images:

1. Do not upload any photo or picture that may either compromise another person's personal privacy, or is pornographic, violent, or bloody in nature, or where the content is in violation of state laws and regulations, and/or pose a potential risk to the operations of the Doujin space.

2. Users are responsible and liable for the copyright of the photos or pictures they have uploaded. The Doujin space does not assume any third party liability and legal risks.

3. If you have committed a content violation according to the rules governing the use of the site, and factual complaints and reports from other users, the Doujin space may delete the content you have submitted and published, and the Doujin space shall retain the right to impose account penalties on you where applicable.

Other Notes:

1. Regarding any content that you have submitted and authorized the collection and recording of by official websites in other regions or older versions of the websites, we shall consolidate and include all these into one official account, and import them to the Onmyoji Doujin Space (EN).

2. If you wish to upload any previous works on your own and you have discovered that your works have been repeated in the official account, please contact us using the report feature in the Doujin space or e-mail us at customer-support@onmyojigame.com. We will contact you to delete the works in the official account so that you may continue to upload your works to your own account.

3. Due to the massive amount of data imported into the official account, incidents of data loss may occur (such as missing picture segments, or missing author information). If you find that any information is missing, please feel free to use the report feature to get in touch with us, and we will make the rectifications once we have verified the report.
